Activities in COST860

The duration of the Action is 4 years beginning May 2004.

The activities of the Action are Workshops and WG meetings, common trials (e.g. ringtest to establish disease resistant lines/varieties or varieties/lines with good quality well-adapted to low-input) and analyses (establishing common databases) and Short Term Scientific Missions, e.g. courses and demonstrations, as well as dissemination of collaborative results nationally and internationally. Working Group meetings will when possible be held as satellite meetings to other Conferences/Workshops such that the work of the COST Action can be communicated to the relevant scientific communities as well as practice.
